  1. Storm victims in parts of Georgia and Alabama have been given an extension on their taxes. The IRS has announced that those impacted by the deadly winter weather will have until May 15 to file federal individual and business tax returns. They will also have until that date to make tax payments. The IRS website has the complete list of eligible areas. (Forbes)
