Heroin Trafficking Charges For Douglasville Couple
Authorities were investigating him in a narcotics case. A traffic stop led to a search warrant, leading to the drug bust.
PAULDING COUNTY, GA β Two Paulding County residents were arrested on heroin and marijuana trafficking charges, according to a release from the sheriff's office.
On Oct. 21, around 1 p.m., deputies and K9 units pulled over a Corvette driven by Christopher Fitzgerald Dawson, 32, and eventually found marijuana and a handgun, the release says. Authorities were already investigating Dawson on alleged narcotics offenses, so they got a search warrant for his Douglasville home.
He lived with his girlfriend, Angel Renee Nathan, at their Loxley Court home. When authorities went into the home on their search warrant, they found "a large amount of heroin, marijuana and two more handguns," the release says.

The Corvette and home were in Nathan's name, the release says, and the drugs were found in the master bedroom.
Agents arrested Dawson, and Nathan later turned herself in on Nov. 7 after a warrant for her arrest was approved.
