HIRAM, GA — Authorities are again asking for the public's help to find a Paulding County man who went missing in February.Randall Smith, a white male in his mid-40s, was last seen by family and friends on Feb. 18. They reported him missing on Feb. 28. Smith is known to frequent the Hiram and Rockmart areas, according to a statement from the Hiram Police Department.Smith is described as having black hair, standing 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighing 125 pounds.Anyone who may have information is asked to email the Hiram Police Department at <a href="mailto:CIDTIPS@hiram-ga.gov" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">CIDTIPS@hiram-ga.gov</a>.
