  1. Tens of thousands of voters cast ballots during the single weekend of early voting in the Georgia Senate runoff. A total of 70,050 Georgians voted on Saturday alone. Most of those voting were people unable to get to the ballots during the week because of their work schedules. The results of the election will decide whether Democratic Sen. Raphael G. Warnock or Republican Herschel Walker enters the Senate. (Subscription: The Washington Post)
  2. The Paulding County Sheriff's Office is looking to hire someone with electrical, plumbing, or HVAC skills to fulfill their open building services technician position. The position will include full benefits with a pension, health insurance, on-call pay, and a take-home vehicle. Interested applicants can learn more here.   3. The Miss Winter Wonderland Pageant will be held on Saturday in Dallas. There will be a variety of age categories for girls, as well as a boys division.
