Paulding County Food Scores: Bojangles, Public Schools, YMCA

Here are the latest inspection scores for six Dallas-Hiram and Paulding County operations, including schools and early learning centers.

DALLAS/HIRAM, GA — Chew on the scores for Paulding County restaurants and food-service operations inspected by the Georgia Department of Public Health in the last week, including public schools and early childhood learning centers.

Each item on an inspection form has a point value ranging from 1 to 9 points, with violations deducting points from the best possible score of 100. Higher points are taken for items with higher risk to cause illness, while repeat violations take even more points.

Letter grades assigned are A for totals of 100 to 90 points, B for 89 to 80, C for 79 to 70 and U for less than 70.

Only one food-service operation — Hiram's Bojangles — did not receive an A. None of the locations scored lower than an 85.
