Paulding County Restaurant Inspections: Del Taco, Subway

PAULDING COUNTY, GA — Now that pandemic restrictions are being relaxed and restaurants are reopening, are you thinking of going out for a bite to eat? Then check out these inspection scores for restaurant and food-service operations conducted recently in Dallas and Hiram.

Only a handful of inspections have been conducted in Paulding County over the last two weeks. The good news is that all restaurants and food-service operations scored high marks, with all but one posting an A and two scoring perfect 100s.

How They're Rated

Each item on an inspection form has a point value ranging from 1 to 9 points, with violations deducting points from the best possible score of 100. Higher points are taken for items with higher risk to cause illness, while repeat violations take even more points.

Letter grades assigned are A for totals of 100 to 90 points, B for 89 to 80, C for 79 to 70 and U for less than 70.
