- The Paulding County Sheriffβs Office posted a "Scam Alert" to warn the community of a new scam. Yesterday, Dec. 9, local Paulding County church members were texted asking for money from whom they thought was their pastor. It was not their pastor and the members ultimately lost their money. The Sheriff's Office said to verify the validity of the request before you give money to anyone. (Paulding County Sheriffβs Office via Facebook)
- The City of Dallas has New Year's Eve plans this year! On Dec. 31, the City of Dallas will host "New Year's Eve 2022 Silver Comet Drop" in Downtown Dallas from 8:00 p.m. to 12:30 a.m. with live entertainment and food trucks. (City of Dallas, Georgia β Government via Facebook)
