Paulding Triple Homicides: More Arrests Made, Sheriff Says
Three shooting deaths in Rockmart last month have led to murder charges against two men and a concealment charge against a woman.
DALLAS, GA — Authorities apprehended a third suspect on Wednesday in connection with a triple homicide on March 21 in Paulding County.
U.S. Marshals’ deputies arrested Justin Quartez Sims, 29, in Rome, Georgia, without incident, according to a statement issued Friday by the Paulding County Sheriff’s Office. Sims was later taken to the Paulding County Jail.
On April 1, Bridgette Skye Jones, 28, was arrested by deputies with the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office. And on March 24, U.S. Marshals’ deputies and Paulding County deputies arrested Carlos Favors-Battle in Douglasville.

The arrests follow a March 21 triple homicide in the Sunset Mountain subdivision in Rockmart, following an alleged home invasion and robbery, according to the statement. The three shooting victims were Clinton Matthew Aiola, 42; Cody Daniel Fuller, 30; and Davauntee Anthony Ramsay, 30. All three resided in Paulding County.
Favors-Battle and Quartez Sims are both charged with three counts of malice murder, three counts of murder during the commission of a felony, possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime, and three counts of aggravated assault with intent to rob or murder. All charges are felonies.

Jones is charged with three counts of concealing the death of another and hindering apprehension of a fugitive, both felonies.
The statement added that additional charges are likely. All three suspects are being held in the Paulding County Jail without bond.
