  1. Paulding County will be holding an online survey regarding the Richland Creek Reservoir Park from now until Sept. 16! The county recently held a meeting where they discussed a potential recreation area and are looking for input from Paulding county residents. The answers will be used to design the area and create a plan that will be presented at Burnt Hickory Park. (Paulding County Georgia)
  2. The Paulding Chamber's Empowering Women program hosted a sold-out luncheon on Tuesday. Guest speaker, Donna Briggs, discussed her book, Lead Like A Woman, while attendees enjoyed lunch from Jim 'N Nick's.   3. Paulding Chamber & The Dallas Markets will be hosting a "Dine and Unwind" event on Sept. 16! The night will be full of drinks, games, food and music! Tickets are still available for purchase, and the cost is $75 per person, which includes two drink tickets, dinner, admission to the event and a beer and wine tasting.   4. Did you know that September is National Preparedness Month? The Georgia Emergency Management and Homeland Security Agency, along as well as emergency management agencies encourage all Georgia residents to prepare themselves for any and all emergencies that may occur.   5. Dallas Nutrition, a new coffee spot, donated some energy teas to the local police department on Monday to keep them awake during their shift!
