- Paulding County officials warn residents about scammers pretending to be county employees who then check water meters due to "water quality concerns" and try to sell filters. County officials said any Paulding County employee that comes to a residence will identify themselves and have a county-issued ID. (WSB-TV)
- On Sep. 15, the City of Hiram released the "Current 2022 Tax Digest and Five Year History of Levy." The city also announced that the 2022 Millage Rate will be set at the Oct. 4 Regular Session Hiram Council meeting. (City Of Hiram)
- On Sep. 29, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., Paulding County, Dallas, Hiram, and Braswell are hosting the final Paulding County Comprehensive Transportation Plan public meeting. Residents can provide feedback and learn about the proposed transportation projects. The meeting will be located at the Events Place, 855 Hiram-Douglasville Highway in Hiram. (West Georgia Neighbor)
- National Equipment Dealers LLC (NED) acquired L&N Supply Co., a family-owned heavy equipment distributor located in Dallas. NED will make the former L&N Supply site its 15th location.
