South Paulding Spartans 'Pink Out' Game Set Vs. PCHS

Help the high school raise money to fight breast cancer.

South Paulding High School’s annual PINK Out game will be held at home on Oct. 9, 2015.

The Spartans will be taking on Paulding County High School and kickoff will be at 7:30 pm.

Come by and support this cause. A Pink out booth will be set up at the high school to fund raise and spread awareness. Help our Spartans support Bright Pink by making a donation here.

  • 1 in 8 women will develop breast cancer in their lifetimeβ€”it’s the leading cancer diagnosis among women.
  • 1 in 67 women will develop ovarian cancer in their lifetime, and 2/3 of those diagnosed will die from their disease.

The facts might not be easy to face, but the great news is there are a variety of steps you can take to be proactive! Let’s beat those odds. When caught early, the five-year survival rate for breast and ovarian cancer can be greater than 92%.

As a young woman, you may not think this applies to you. But when it comes to detection, 80% of breast cancers in young women are self-discovered, and later confirmed by a medical professional.

We will be collecting donations through the month of October at our PINK OUT Booths and online. The Spartan Nation takes pride in giving back to the community and we hope you can join us in our efforts.
