  1. Stars and Strikes Family Entertainment Center in Dallas will be hosting events for Special Olympics Georgia. The Elementary Special Olympics Bowling Competition will take place on Feb. 3. The Middle School Competition will be held on Feb. 9, and High School Special Olympics athletes can go for the gold on Feb. 10.   2. If you're looking to expand your creative skills or try out something new, The Art Of Glass Fusing program at the nearby Marietta Cobb Museum of Art is a great way to get started! The program runs from Jan. 25 through Feb. 15 on Wednesdays from 11:15 a.m. until 2:15 p.m. Students will get to learn the basic techniques of glass cutting and create a different glasswork every week.   3. On Jan. 31, Buy Georgia Reality will be hosting an After Hours: Mix & Mingle Event. The event will be held at Bucking Goat Brewing Company from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. This is a great opportunity to come and mingle with like-minded business owners and local entrepreneurs. For anyone with a fondness for model trains, the "Trains, Trains, Trains" event at the Southern Museum of Civil War and Locomotive History in nearby Kennesaw is a must-see exhibit.
