1. Stars and Strikes Family Entertainment Center in Dallas will be hosting events for Special Olympics Georgia. The Elementary Special Olympics Bowling Competition will take place on Feb. 3. The Middle School Competition will be held on Feb. 9, and High School Special Olympics athletes can go for the gold on Feb. 10. The program runs from Jan. 25 through Feb. 15 on Wednesdays from 11:15 a.m. until 2:15 p.m. Students will get to learn the basic techniques of glass cutting and create a different glasswork every week.
