WWII-Era Plane Makes Emergency Landing In Paulding

PAULDING COUNTY, GA — A World War II-era plan made an emergency landing at the Paulding Northwest Atlanta Airport on Wednesday, according to authorities.

There were no injuries in the landing of the single engine plane, a Beech A45.

According to the Federal Aviation Administration, the nose gear collapsed after the plane landed on Runway 31.

There were no passengers onboard, and the pilot was uninjured.

According to the FAA's registry, the plane is registered to Robert Garrett of Dallas.
