North Decatur Square is a retail / residential space that will be anchored by the state's first 365 Whole Foods Market concept, a kinder, gentler-on-the-wallet grocery akin to its main store.

When completed in late 2018, North Decatur Square will have effectively transformed the DeKalb Medical Center corridor, which has benefitted from a development boom in recent years.
