  1. Senior residents at the Magnolia Circle Apartment complex are dealing with issues they say have gone on since last December. Reports of mold, leaks, and floors crumbling are being ignored, said Anna Sanders, one of the residents at the complex. Another resident said his apartment was sprayed with bleach when he mentioned his mold problems to management. A petition has been started and at last count, there were 33 complaints within it. Residents and supporters plan to send the form to DeKalb County officials in hopes to gain some assistance. The owners of the complex have been contacted by 11Alive and though they initially agreed to an on-camera interview, later they retracted. (11Alive.com WXIA)
  2. Some of Georgia's senators aim to permanently block schools and other local government agencies from mandating COVID-19 vaccinations. The Senate Health and Human Services Committee recently met and voted 7-2 to advance Senate Bill 1. Back in June 2022 lawmakers put a ban on mandatory vaccines. The one-year ban is up in June of this year. (New Haven Register)

According to reports given by the DeKalb County Police Department, the 7 year old fell in front of a school bus and his leg was run over by the bus.
