Avondale To Hold Golf Cart Ordinance Hearing

Commission say they support the change, partly because it would reduce auto emmissions.

Residents could drive golf carts on city streets but couldn't drive on state roads except to cross Avondale Road at certain points, such as the Clarendon Road intersection.

The ordinance is based on a model ordinance provided by the Georgia Municipal Association.
