James Carter IV admits 'satisfaction' over the controversial development.

The grandson of former president and Georgia governor Jimmy Carter arranged for the release of the controversial video of GOP presidential candidate Mitt Romney, according to media reports.
WSB-TV and others have reported that James Carter IV of Dunwoody tracked down the person who did the hidden-camera video of Romney, then leaked it to the magazine Mother Jones.

The video has gone viral. It was secretly taped at a fundraiser in Florida. Romney told attendees that 47 percent of Americans βbelieve they are victimsβ and that the government should provide for them.
James Carter IV told WSB that Romneyβs remarks fit the image that Democrats are trying to portray.
βOne of them is he's this out of touch rich guy.Β Another one he doesn't care about the middle class,β Carter said.

Carter IV said Jimmy Carter, a Democrat who was president from 1976-80 and governor from 1970-74, congratulated him on his involvement in the videoβs release.
Carter IV, who is an unemployed opposition researcher, said he has receivedΒ job offers since the video's release.
