- According to Dekalb County police, a 43- year old man was gunned down on Candler Rd. yesterday morning. Police arrived on the scene after receiving a 911 call regarding the incident that occurred near the Hidden Valley apartment complex. Police announced that the man did not survive his gun wounds. - The Atlanta VA Regional Office still stands but is soon to be renamed to honor the late U.S. Senator Johnny Isakson. The former senator served Georgia in the U.S. Senate from 2005 to 2019.
