Decatur Releases Survey For Customer Opinions

If you've contacted the Design, Environment and Construction Division, the City of Decatur wants your opinions on your experience.

DECATUR, GA β€” The City of Decatur is asking for the public's comment in a survey designed to assess people's experiences contacting the Design, Environment and Construction Division.

"Your feedback is essential in the evolution of the Division," the city said in a Facebook post.

"From pulling a permit to improving the City’s streetscape, let us know how we can enhance the quality of your experience," the city said.

The City of Decatur's opinion survey has nine questions, mostly multiple choice. They ask questions like "How do you contact Design, Environment & Construction?" and "How would you rate the quality of our response?"

They ask a question about the office and, finally, for additional comments that the questions may not have covered.
