DeKalb 2024 Election Runoff: Commissioner, City Council Seats Decided
DeKalb County election officials have released the unofficial results of the 2024 general election runoff.

DECATUR, GA — DeKalb County voters decided a handful of races in the 2024 general election runoff Tuesday.
The DeKalb County Voter Registration and Elections released late Tuesday night the unofficial results for county commissioner District 3, county commissioner Super District 7, Atlanta City Council Post 3 (at-large) and Doraville City Council District 1 – Post 2.
In Georgia, results are unofficial until they are certified. Absentee ballots postmarked by Tuesday have until 5 p.m. Friday to arrive and be counted before the certification, election officials said.

Certification will occur at noon on Monday at the DeKalb VRE Office, 4380 Memorial Drive, Suite 300, in Decatur.

District 3 County Commissioner
Andrew W. Bell (D): 1,736 votes, 24.02 percent
Nicole Massiah (D): 5,491 votes, 75.98 percent
District 7 County Commissioner
Jacqueline Adams (D): 4,065, 29.69 percent
LaDena Bolton (D): 9,628 votes, 70.31 percent
Atlanta City Council Post 3, At-Large
Eshé Collins: 1,408 votes, 65.67 percent
Nicole Evans: Jones 736 votes, 34.33 percent
Doraville City Council District 1, Post 2
Taylor Ray 214 votes, 52.84 percent
Andy Yeoman 191 votes, 47.16 percent
