Thurmond vowed in January that the water billing crisis would be one of his top priorities. DeKalb residents have complained of impossibly high water bills for several months now, with former county leaders interim chief Lee May and ex-CEO Burrell Ellis both trying to solve the issue.
The meeting will be broadcast live on Comcast Cable Channel 23 for TVs in DeKalb and live-streamed on at www.dekalbcountyga.gov.
