DeKalb Disposal Landfill Amnesty Day This Weekend
DeKalb County residents will have a chance to get rid of all sorts of waste this Saturday at the Seminole Road Landfill.

DEKALB COUNTY, GA β The DeKalb County Sanitation Division is hosting the Third Annual Landfill Amnesty Day event on Saturday, Oct. 19. Residents can dispose of all sorts of waste on this day.
The event runs from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the county-owned Seminole Road Landfill at 4203 Clevelont Rd. in Ellenwood.
Residents can get rid of bagged garbage, yard trimmings, tree parts, bulky items, special collection items and construction and demolition materials like carpet and fencing.

They're not accepting any hazardous materials and there's a limit of 10 tires per vehicle they'll take.
No commercial participation is allowed.

Only DeKalb residents who can prove their residency are allowed.
