  1. There has been a boil water advisory issued for two areas of DeKalb County. The DeKalb County Department of Watershed Management stated the two areas under the advisory are-1. south of Henderson Road, north of Rockbridge Road, east of I-285, and west of the DeKalb/Gwinnett County line. The second area covers the south of East College Avenue, north of Linecrest/County Line Road, east of the City Atlanta border, and west of I-285. Water pressure in parts of the water system dropped to dangerously low levels and this can present a potential health hazard. This advisory is expected to be in place until further notice.   2. More information on a murder case that has already been solved but has resurfaced due to social media photos of a rapper, Q Money. Q Money has been convicted of murdering his friend back in 2019. He claimed that he was set up. His cousin stated that he saw the accused standing over his friend's dead body and the incident was also caught on camera. (Sportskeeda)
  3. Decatur Highlands Apartment complex residents are voicing their frustration regarding frozen water pipes that burst and flooded multiple units on Christmas Eve. One of the residents stated that all of her furniture, clothing, and belongings were soaked and damaged and stated that it was like she was walking in 3-4 inches of water in her home. 11Alive reached out to Decatur Highlands management. They didn’t respond directly but sent a statement saying it was aware of the situation and they're looking into the damages. (11Alive.com WXIA)
  4. At the age of 84, Jane Few Blackstock, of Decatur, passed away peacefully at home on Dec. 22. Jane graduated from Decatur High School and received an Undergraduate Degree from the University of Georgia . A service is being held for family and friends.
