DeKalb Woman's Remains Found In Henry County: Police
The remains of DeKalb 23-year-old Mirsha Victor were found Tuesday in Henry County. Three suspects in her death are already in jail.
DEKALB COUNTY, GA — The remains of a DeKalb County woman were discovered in Henry County on Tuesday, and a suspect in her death is now accused of violating her dead body and filming it.
Mirsha Victor, 23, was reported missing from the Panthersville area July 8, and three suspects were arrested the following day: Dennis Lane, Cleounsee Fisher and Ronisha Preckwinkle, The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reported. All three are charged with murder, false imprisonment and tampering with evidence, according to jail records.
Lane, 41, is now also facing a charge of necrophilia after police discovered video footage on his phone, according to an arrest warrant obtained by WSB-TV.

Lane is a registered sex offender and was convicted of predatory criminal sexual assault in Illinois in 1999, according to the Georgia Bureau of Investigation. The case involved the rape of a 10-year-old girl, WSB-TV reported. Lane was released in May 2019 after serving a 20-year sentence.
A second body was also found along with Victor's on Tuesday, according to WSB-TV. They were both found behind a busy shopping center in Henry County.
