  3. The DeKalb County Juvenile Court has a newly appointed chief judge. Judge Fatima A. El-Amin was appointed by, the DeKalb County Juvenile Court, effective Jan. 1. Judge El-Amin is a native of Atlanta, attended W.D. Mohammed High School in DeKalb County, completed her collegiate studies at Harvard University in Cambridge, Massachusetts, and the Judge received her J.D. degree from Emory University School of Law.
