1. Thank you, local Olympians. DeKalb County will honor DeeDee Trotter and Angelo Taylor, track stars who won medals at the Summer Games, with a celebration on the Decatur Square. It starts at 6 p.m. Free, of course.
2. Latin Jazz in Oakhurst. The band Salpicon! plays at 7 p.m. for Jazz Night at Scottish Rite. Bring a blanket to the Solarium at 321 W. Hill St. Free.
