DECATUR, GA -- The Decatur Farmers Market's resumed operational hours this week and will be open Saturday, Patch has learned.
The market, located on at 308 Clairemont Avenue and Commerce Street, is set up in the βPecan Groveβ of the First Baptist Church of Decatur, as years past. The market is a big deal to natural food lovers (all of us) as it represents the cornerstone of the local, independent food movement, which feeds into many of the area's restaurants.
Come this week, customers will be able to see the familiar tents and the natural garden foods that they love.

The market is dog-friendly, but asks that all animals be on a leash. Also, parking is free in the church parking lot.
