The city of Decatur hired the infrastructure consulting firm AECOM to assist in addressing the issues surrounding the infamous "killer corners," a nickname given to the intersection of North Decatur Road and Superior Avenue. Based on traffic and crash data collected, there have been more than 35 accidents reported at this location. (Decaturish.com)
  3. Jamaican citizens interested in applying for and renewing their passports and applications may apply for such on Dec. 16 at the Exchange Park Recreation Center, 2772 Columbia Drive in Decatur.   4. "BOUNDLESS," a brand-new art exhibit now open at the Montgomery Museum of Fine Arts (MMFA) features art from Jamele Wright, Sr., from Decatur. Wright is one of six artists from the United States to be featured at (MMFA). The exhibit will be on display until Feb. 26, 2023. (Selma Sun)
