After several parents voiced their concerns about the deteriorating school building, Interim Superintendent Dr. Vasanne Tinsley, Regional Superintendent Trenton Arnold, and COO Eric Hofstetter visited the school to inquire more about the issues.   2. Unsatisfied with the disciplinary actions their teacher received after he repeatedly said a racial slur in class, Decatur High School students staged a walkout.
