Open Enrollment Begins For DeKalb Schools

Options available from Wednesday, Jan. 11 -- Wednesday, Feb. 22, the district says.

DECATUR, GA -- Open enrollment for schools of choice in DeKalb County began Wednesday and will continue through Feb. 22, the school district said Tuesday.

School choice options are available in special interest magnet, Montessori, charter, language immersion and international Baccalaureate programs.

DeKalb County Schools is comprised of 102,000 students in 137 schools and learning centers. The district employs more than 6,600 teachers.
