DeKalb police are asking the public's help in identifying a man they say killed a 48-year-old DeKalb man.
DEKALB COUNTY, GA β DeKalb police are asking the public's help in identifying a man they accuse of murdering a 48-year-old man in DeKalb County.
According to a tweet by DeKalb police, the man pictured went into the home of Frankie T. Russell on the 2300 block of Deer Springs Drive in Ellenwood on Saturday, Oct. 5 and murdered him.
Russell was shot to death, police say.
