What Should Go Here? Vacant Lot on Howard Ave.

This lot on Howard Avenue in Decatur has been vacant several years.

A motel used to occupy the space, and the parking lot still exists. It's surrounded by a fence with a gate that's sometimes open. Dairy Queen is nearby and Agnes Scott College is across the railroad tracks.

What should go here? Remember, it doesn't have to be a business.
