Nominate 4 'Outstanding' Women In DeKalb County By Friday

DeKalb County Commissioner Robert Patrick seeks nominations for District 1 Women's History Month Trailblazer Awards.

DEKALB COUNTY, GA β€” The deadline to nominate an outstanding woman in DeKalb County District 1 is Friday, according to a news release.

DeKalb County Commissioner Robert Patrick said the second annual Women’s History Month Trailblazer Award will recognize four women in the District during Women's History Month. Nominations can be emailed to district1@dekalbcountyga.gov. Use β€œWomen’s History Month Nomination” in the subject line of the email.

The month of March is designated national Women’s History Month and dedicated to celebrating the contributions and leadership of women, according to the release.
