Youth Soccer Registration Opens In DeKalb County

DEKALB COUNTY, GA — Registration is open until Aug. 16 for DeKalb County's youth soccer program, county officials said in a news release Friday.

The soccer program is geared toward youth ages 5-12 and will focus on skill development, fitness and team training skills, the release said, and will run from Sept. 11 to Oct. 30. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention COVID-19 guidelines will be observed for the program.

Soccer takes place at the following locations:

To register, visit dekalbcountyga.gov/parks, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click the programs banner. Registration is $40 per child and a birth certificate is required to complete registration. Games will take place on Saturdays.
