Come sweat off the old and clear a path into the New Year with intention, gratitude, and an energizing flow with Heather. We’ll ring in the New Year with 15 minutes of candle gazing, reflection, and meditation followed by 60 minutes of an uplifting all-levels yoga flow. Join us as we light candles, warm our hearts and reflect and honor our true selves moving forward into the New Year.
