- The Cobb Unified Development Code project has moved to a new address online as per the advice of an independent consultant. Two public meetings have been scheduled for early December to provide insight into the project. Cobb Community Development Agency is behind the project, which it hopes will connect and revitalize the community. Members of the public are welcome to attend. (East Cobb News)
- The Cobb Parks, Recreation, and Cultural Affairs Department will be holding its popular 12 Days of Christmas Holiday Markets. Beginning today (Nov. 30), the market will open at four county arts centers. Two of the art centers are in East Cobb — one at the Sewell Mill Library and Cultural Center, and the other at The Art Place. The markets will be open seven days a week through Dec. 11. (East Cobb News)
- The students from the West Cobb School of Rock will be presenting an amazing concert on Dec. 12. Held at the Madlife Stage, the event will feature students as young as six performing their favorite songs. The setlist includes Aretha Franklin, Foo Fighters, and more. The show starts at 12:00 p.m. (Madlife Stage and Studios)
