- Early voting in the U.S. Senate runoff ended with more than 150,000 votes cast in Cobb alone — roughly one-third of the county's registered voters. The runoff race between Democratic U.S. Senator Raphael Warnock and Republican Herschel Walker will finish on Tuesday. (East Cobb News)
- Cobb County judge's order extends the absentee ballot deadline to Tuesday, Dec. 9 for the U.S. Senate runoff election. Absentee voters may still return their ballots by 7 p.m. Tuesday. The extension applies to any registered Cobb voter who had requested their ballot on or before Nov. 26 but had not received it. (Axios)
- The annual Stuff-A-Bus will once again run through Cobb County from Dec. 13-15. Locals who would like to donate are asked to bring unwrapped toys for children ages 3-13. The bus will make two steps in East Cobb on Tuesday, Dec. 13. (East Cobb News)
