Arrive Early for Free Dental Care Day

Dr. Michael Mansouri of the East Cobb-based Marietta Family Dental Care says only the first 150 people in line for Saturday's free dental care day are guaranteed of 

It's the third annual event for Mansouri and his wife Azita at their practice at 4720 Lower Roswell Road, which begins at 6:30 a.m. and lasts until 4:30 p.m.

He and other dentist volunteers will be performing basic services for adults 18 and over only -- a choice of a filling, cleaning or extraction only -- for those unable to afford it.

Last year they served 300 people, and Mansouri said he's hopeful they can reach at least that many again. 

But the services are provided on a first-come, first-served basis, and in previous years patients have lined up well before daybreak.
