Attack on Former East Cobb Student Caught on Camera
Atlanta police are hoping the public can identify one of the men caught on camera savagely attacking the former Walker School student.

Atlanta police have released security camera footage of a brutal attack inside a bar in Buckhead on a college athlete who once attended school in East Cobb in hopes of identifying one of the people responsible.
Footage taken from Kramer’s on the night of Oct. 10 shows two men assault Dillon Swaggerty, 21, who was a member of the Georgia State University baseball team and was a starting pitcher on the weekends. Police tell WSB-TV that they’re looking for the name of the man who is seen on camera kicking Swaggerty after another man punched him in the head.
Days after the attack Swaggerty’s mother told WSB-TV her son was dancing with a girl when a group of men surrounded him and shoved him to the ground. Some of the men held Swaggerty down while another man beat him, his mother said. Swaggerty suffered brain damage in the attack.
