Do You Have a Barking Beauty?

Gotta gorgeous dog you want to show off?

Enter him or her in the Barking Beauty Pageant, which is a new feature at next Saturday's EAST COBBER Parade & Festival. 

And since this is a pageant, there also will be a talent competition, with winners awarded for Best Trick, Best Bark, Owner or Celebrity Look-Alike and Most Original Costume. 


Here's the entry form for the contest, which begins at 2 p.m. at the festival stage, located in the parking lot of the Fountains of Olde Towne, 736 Johnson Ferry Road. 

The 18th annual parade begins at 10 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 21, beginning at Johnson Ferry and Princeton Lakes Drive and concluding at the Fountains. 

Traffic on Johnson Ferry between Roswell and Lower Roswell roads will be closed in both directions between 9:45 a.m. and 11:30 a.m.
