East Cobb Area Council To Discuss Revitalizing Avenue East Cobb

Representatives from North American Properties will attend the March 23 meeting to share which retailers and restaurants are set to open.

The Cobb Chamber’s East Cobb Area Council is hosting Mike Lant and Cayley Mullen of North American Properties as they share which retailers and restaurants are set to open throughout the year at the Avenue East Cobb.

Mike Lant joined North American Properties in 2016 and specializes in the redevelopment and repositioning of underutilized real estate assets. He oversaw the transformation of Colony Square in midtown Atlanta and helps lead property development initiatives across the firm’s portfolio, including the Avenue East Cobb and many other notable mixed-use complexes.

Cayley Mullen is an expert in creating experiences that positively impact guests served across North American Properties’ Atlanta portfolio. She leads a team who has perfected the art of ExperienceMaking®, ideating and executing initiatives that inspire community, drive value and generate lasting connections. Mullen is an Atlanta native, a Lassiter High School graduate, and even worked at the Avenue East Cobb during its first generation.

East Cobb Area Council is on March 23 at Indian Hills Country Club. Registration is open at https://bit.ly/40dLN5f. Doors open at 7:30 a.m. Tickets are $30 for Cobb Chamber members and $40 for general admission. Registration closes and refunds will no longer be available after March 20. Walk-up admissions and payment cannot be granted.
