East Cobb Businesses Pass Compliance Checks
But two convenience store-gas station locations were sited for selling alcohol to minors.
The Marietta Police Department conducted alcohol compliance checks on Aug. 29 that included several businesses with East Cobb addresses, mostly in the Delk-Powers Ferry-Windy Hill area. The following passed the checks:
- Cosmopolitan Restaurant 2475 Delk Road
- Minks Package 2555 Delk Road
- Elite Package 2789 Delk Road
- Dave & Buster’s 2215 D&B Drive
- Harry’s Farmers Market 70 Powers Ferry Road
- Darwins 1598 Roswell Road.
- Shell 2365 Delk Road
- Racetrac #548 2466 Delk Road.
