East Cobb Goes Back to School

What's new in East Cobb about the new 2013-14 Cobb County School District academic year that begins Wednesday?

For starters, there's a new main classroom building at Wheeler High School, and other schools that will be getting new principals. 

And don't forget that if you live in the Paper Mill Road area, access to the Sope Creek Bridge is closed until the end of October, affecting school and other traffic throughout much of East Cobb.

It's not going to be an easy first couple of months dealing with detours, but here are some alternative suggestions to make it a little bit less troublesome.
