Fox's Home Free Grand Prize Winners from Cobb County

A Cobb County couple that participated in a reality home renovation show has won themselves and their children a 5-bedroom dream home in Cumming thanks to their hard work during the competition.

Ben and Kasey Kelley of Powder Springs participated in the FOX reality show HOME FREE, which saw them and eight other couples work to renovate a different house each week. The couples thought they were renovating the houses for families in need, but at the end of each competition the couple eliminated from the show was awarded the house they had spent the last week working on.

The Kelleys were named the grand prize winners of the competition, and received a 5-bedroom, 4.5 bathroom home with a three car garage in Cumming’s Marseille community, according to Broadway World. The big reveal featured show host and home improvement powerhouse Mike Holmes and the other eight couples the Kelleys competed alongside.

“Words cannot express how humbled, grateful and shocked we are to be the winners of HOME FREE,” said the Kelleys. “And to then learn that all of our friends on the show won houses too?!? It’s just been a dream come true in every sense possible. We are so thankful to Mike and the entire HOME FREE crew for this life-changing experience for us and our family.”
