Harry's Fails Alcohol Compliance Check
Dave & Busters also has been cited for selling to minors.

Harry's Farmers Market and Dave and Busters are among six East Cobb businesses located in the city of Marietta that were cited for selling alcohol to minors during compliance checks in late April.
Also failing alcohol compliance checks conducted by Marietta Police include the Mink's Package Store, North Marietta Elite Package Store and Racetrac location on Delk Road, as well as the El Ranchero restaurant at 562 Cobb Parkway South.
They were among the 45 businesses visited, a number of them in the East Cobb and Northeast Cobb areas. The compliance check results were released to the public today.

During the checks, underage buyers working with police attempted to purchase alcoholic beverages.
Police said the buyers did not provide false identification or misrepresent their ages during the checks, which were conducted on April 26.

- Minas Emporium, 2555 Delk Road;
- Delkwood Grill, 2769 Delk Road;
- Kroger, 1122 Powers Ferry Road;
- Chevron, 1023 Canton Road;
- Canton Package, 1769 Canton Highway;
- Bells Ferry Package, 1750 Bells Ferry Road;
- AM/PM Food Mart, 1750 Bells Ferry Road;
- Bells Ferry Food Shop, 1750 Bells Ferry Road.
