East Cobb has been the starting point for cyclists riding to the Georgia capitol to lobby for safety-oriented legislation, and laws have been passed in recent years to make road riding safer.

Safety issues still galvanize local biking organizations. On May 15, Bike Cobb will hold a "Ride of Silence" beginning on the Marietta Square to honor cyclists who have been hit by cars while riding.
So for the regular-to-avid bike enthusiasts in East Cobb, we'd like to know how you rate your community for its bike-friendliness, safety and availability. If you don't ride here, where do you go?
