3. The Cobb Board of Elections and Registration will hold an open house and job fair at its new facility. An open house has been scheduled for next Saturday, Sep. 10, along with a job fair at the same time to fill positions for the November general elections. Representatives from every department within the elections office will be available to speak with job candidates during the event about the open positions, which include poll workers, warehouse prep, and more. The job fair and open house will take place from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the new facility, located at 995 Roswell Street in Marietta. (East Cobb News)
