Here are the top three stories in East Cobb today:

1. The Lassiter Craft Fair is scheduled for Saturday, Oct. 29 at Lassiter High School on Shallowford Road. The fair will feature local crafters from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. There will be concessions, baked goods, and multiple raffles. This is a perfect opportunity to shop for holiday gifts. 2. The Cobb County Sheriff's Office is currently investigating a fraud case regarding a tattoo artist who claims to work at various Cobb County shops. The individual attracts potential targets through Instagram. The scam's victims will pay an electronic deposit for a tattoo appointment at a Cobb County shop, but the appointments aren't real. The scammer goes by "Ink by Flo" on Instagram and has about 90,000 followers. (WSBTV)
3. The Avenue East Cobb's Boo Bash is scheduled for Saturday, Oct. 29 near Tin Lizzy's. The entertainment portion of the event begins at 2:00 p.m. with a show presented by East Cobb Church. The event will feature a balloon art station, face painting, trick-or-treating, and more. Participants are encouraged to wear costumes to the event. (East Cobb News)
