Marietta Man Killed in Kennesaw Crash
Two other drivers were uninjured in the Friday afternoon wreck, police said.

A Marietta man was killed when he was thrown from his motorcycle while attempting to avoid a collision with a car turning into his path near Town Center Mall on Friday afternoon, Cobb County police said.
Kyle Bowersox, 21, was pronounced dead at the scene of the collision at the intersection of George Busbee Parkway and Town Center Mall by the Cobb County Medical Examiners Office. According to investigators, Bowersox was heading north in a 2001 Honda Valkyrie at the intersection of Busbee Parkway and Town Center Mall when a purple 2013 Scion TC heading southbound on Busbee Parkway attempted to turn left into the Mall, directly into Bowersox’s path.
Bowersox made a hard brake application and was separated from the motorcycle. The motorcycle fell on its side and collided with the Scion. The Scion began to rotate before coming to an uncontrolled rest in the median at the intersection, and was then hit by a silver 2007 Mazda 3 that was traveling behind Bowersox.
