Nearly 40 New Homes Coming to Cobb Corridor

The Reserve at Old Lost Mountain​ community will have 37 single-family and ranch-style home​s.

EAST COBB, GA -- A new residential community is in the works in Cobb County, Patch has learned.

Taylor Morrison is building 37 single-family and ranch-style homes as part of the Reserve at Old Lost Mountain.

The company will host a grand opening on March 4 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at 4610 Moon Road in Powder Springs, Ga. 30127. It residence is a model home.

“Taylor Morrison is excited to expand into Cobb County,” Michelle Campbell, division president for Taylor Morrison Atlanta, said in a statement. “Our Covenant Place community, also in Cobb, was very popular, and we’ve been eager to create our new community The Reserve at Old Lost Mountain ever since.”

The community is close to Ga. 360, I-75, and the East-West Connector.

The homes, which will feature crown molding throughout, three-car garages, private patios, hardwood floors, nine-foot ceilings, will be priced from $269,900 to $309,900.
